Quality Management Team
Our Quality Management Teams consists of an interdisciplinary team
of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other integral staff that meet regularly for
the purposes of:
- Ensuring that each client’s personal care plan is effective
in meeting his or her physiological and emotional needs.
- Maintaining a communication with Doctors, Social Workers,
etc.. to ensure care consistency and quality of life for every
aspect of our client
- Address and resolve all grievances presented by our clients
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
regarding the health management of our clients
- Providing extensive and ongoing training and assessment of
care teams to ensure quality health services are rendered to our
clients.
